Die selbstgemachte Backmischung im Glas für Muffins mit Beeren und Schokolade von VIVANI.

Homemade gifts are a lovely alternative to shop-bought presents. A great idea – for Mother’s Day or a birthday, for example – is a homemade muffin mix with dried berries of your choice and aromatic dark chocolate chips. The preparations are very simple and quick to put together. This makes this gift ideal as a last-minute treat for spontaneous invitations. For the muffin mix

Ingredients

For a 450 ml screw-top or Weck jar

100 g

flour

25 g

oat flakes

75 g

brown sugar

1 tsp

baking powder

20 g

dried berries (e.g. strawberries or raspberries)

40 g

Pour all the ingredients into the clean glass one after the other, so that all the layers remain clearly visible.

Making the Chocolate and Berry Muffins

sunflower oil

75 ml

Milch

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat) or 160 °C (fan oven).

Pour the cake mix into a bowl. Add the egg, oil and milk, and mix everything together until you have a smooth batter.

Divide the batter between 6 muffin cases and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown.

Garnish with extra dried berries and chopped chocolate chips, if desired. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
