This spring, six new VIVANI products will be launched, each with its own unique selling points. Another date chocolate, sugar-free Choc Drops and the innovative "Whole Cocoa Fruit" bar take you into the world of the important trend of "alternative sweetness". The formerly limited edition "Espresso Pistacchio" bar (only in Germany), which will now be available permanently, and our fine "Cremosini" – filled dark chocolate thins – offer moments of exquisite pleasure.
THE WORLD OF ALTERNATIVE SWEETENERS
Fine Dark Date Sugar

Last autumn, we launched our first chocolate sweetened with dates. The Dark Date Sugar 60% Cocoa now has a big sister. With a significantly higher cocoa content, the Fine Dark Date Sugar 80% Cocoa has an even more distinctive flavour profile. In both vegan varieties, finely ground dates provide a naturally sweet, caramel-like taste with nuances of fruity acidity. This eliminates the need for additional sugar. Instead, the unrefined date sweetener still contains the fruit’s original minerals and vitamins. Another advantage is the fibre content, which is quite high in Fine Dark Date bar at 14 g per 100 g of chocolate.
Choc Drops 100% Cocoa
The sugar-free bar VIVANI Superior Dark 100% Cocoa + Nibs has been popular for years with many people who follow a sugar-free diet but still want to enjoy the taste of chocolate. What’s more, sugar-free chocolates are becoming increasingly popular. That’s why we are bringing the bar to your organic shop in a new format this year: VIVANI Choc Drops 100% Dark Cocoa are small, practical chocolate drops that do not contain cocoa nibs. Their appealing shape makes them ideal for decorating fine cakes, tarts, pralines or desserts. The vegan drops also provide moments of pleasure in muesli, as sugar-free drinking chocolate or simply on their own as a snack. Of course, they can also be melted like classic cooking chocolate and then used for a variety of purposes.

Whole Cocoa Fruit

Announced some time ago, our exceptional new VIVANI Whole Cocoa Fruit bar is now finally available. This vegan chocolate bar creation contains no added sugar whatsoever. However, its taste is not comparable to a 100% cocoa bar. The reason for this is the natural sweetness from the pulp of the cocoa fruit, which is processed here in the form of dried flakes. Special processes allow the pulp, which is usually discarded during the cocoa harvest, to be reused. To do this, it is pressed while still fresh from the harvest on cocoa farms in Ghana using mobile, solar-powered equipment. The juice is then further processed in a nearby factory. The resulting cocoa fruit flakes gently and naturally sweeten the “Whole Cocoa Fruit” bar – the first of its kind in the entire organic sector – without added granulated sugar and also provide a slight crunch. They also contain many beneficial ingredients directly from the cocoa fruit, such as flavanols, vitamins and minerals.
MOMENTS OF PURE PLEASURE
Espresso Pistacchio
Last year, we developed the VIVANI Espresso Pistacchio bar as a limited edition to mark our 25th anniversary. The variety was only available in Germany and sold out very quickly. We received numerous enthusiastic enquiries from customers who still wanted to purchase the sold-out bar. Due to this great success, we decided to permanently add the chocolate, which is hand-sprinkled with roasted, salted pistachios and espresso powder, to our range. The visually appealing bar is also a special taste experience: the fine dark chocolate with mildly aromatic Panama cocoa is sweetened only with coconut blossom sugar and, together with the pistachios and coffee, captivates with its multifaceted notes.

Cremosini Espresso & Peppermint

This year, we also have an exquisite new product from the world of fine confectionery for you: VIVANI “Cremosini”. These crispy organic dark chocolate thins will be available in two varieties. The fresh mint filling (vegan recipe) or the aromatic espresso filling unfold their intense aroma in combination with the dark chocolate when the thin melts in your mouth. With their small, bite-sized shape, our “Cremosini” are perfect for snacking. They are also ideal as visual highlights on cakes or fine desserts. The stylish box with its unusually long format also makes the “Cremosini” an impressive gift and thus an alternative to classic pralines.
