The Fine Dark Date Sugar chocolate contains no added granulated sugar. The exclusive use of finely ground dates gives the chocolate a naturally sweet, caramel flavour with nuances of fruity acidity. The alternative sweetener is also completely unrefined, which preserves valuable minerals, vitamins and fibre (14 g per 100 g chocolate). The distinctive notes of cocoa (80% content) harmonise perfectly with this special sweetness.
