The dark date sweetener chocolate contains no added granulated sugar. The exclusive use of finely ground dates gives the chocolate a naturally sweet, caramel flavour with nuances of fruity acidity. The alternative sweetener is also completely unrefined, which preserves valuable minerals, vitamins and fibre. The subtle notes of cocoa (60% content) harmonise perfectly with this special sweetness.
