Our cooking chocolates look different now! We have redesigned the packaging by pleasurable pictures that whet your appetite for chocolaty baking.

Each of us knows the feeling of having to change something. Regarding the design of our couvertures (“Fine Dark”, “Whole Milk” and “White”), we realized that there was still room for improvement. The new couverture designs now show exactly the baking moments in which the liquid chocolate has its gala appearance. And all of them are now packed 100% ecologically correct thanks to a compostable inner film. Have fun trying them out!

 

Fine Dark Cooking Chocolate

Indispensable for the hobby confectionery: Fine Dark cooking chocolate is the all-rounder par excellence. For desserts, cakes, pastries and more – or as a sauce base for hearty dishes. The 200 g bar format always guarantees a practical handling.

Whole Milk Cooking Chocolate

If you like it a bit sweeter, use the whole milk chocolate couverture. With a cocoa content of 35%, it guarantees a creamy-chocolate baking pleasure.

White Cooking Chocolate

Whether single or in duet with dark or whole milk couverture. The white variant offers many different uses, from dessert and ice cream, over chocolates, to use as a light ganache. The best: thanks to the high quality, what is left can be consumed like a high-quality white chocolate.
