For us, the year 2024 is all about international chocolate recipes. Every month we have a new recipe from Europe and around the world for you. What sweet things are there to discover in France, Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden, the USA, ...? Keep checking this overview, a new recipe is added every month. »Dubai Chocolate«
In Japan we are spoilt with traditional Mochi, small rice cakes in the shape of a ball, available with many fillings. Traditionally eaten at New Year, they have now become a real trend and are popular as a dessert or snack at any time. The soft balls are made from glutinous rice flour and do not need to be baked. Our version is filled with a delicious chocolate-hazelnut ganache.

Belgium is known worldwide for its fine praline creations. For decades, the so-called seashells from the manufacturer Guylian has been a classic that nougat fans in particular have fallen for. Our vegan version of the maritime pralines combines the finest Gianduja nougat with white chocolate.

This cake, famous throughout Italy, combines the best for the perfect summer cake treat: a delicious shortcrust filled with fluffy vanilla cream and refreshing lemon. We also add melt-in-the-mouth white cooking chocolate. Sprinkled with some aromatic pine nuts on top the “dolce vita feeling” comes naturally.

»Mallorcan Chocolate Almond Cake«
“Gató de almendra” is a traditional cake from the Spanish sunny island of Mallorca. Ground almonds and beaten egg whites ensure an incredibly fluffy consistency. As a special ingredient, we add delicious dark chocolate, which is refined with the Mallorcan speciality salt “Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc”.

Èclairs – the delicious sticks of choux pastry – are an elongated version of the cream puff and are filled just as generously with cream, custard or pudding. This version is a great early summer variation, with a delicious white chocolate custard cream filling and fresh strawberries.
