Two new products join the VIVANI 100% Collection

The trend towards sugar-free or reduced-sugar diets shows no sign of abating. As a result, more and more people are looking for alternatives, even when it comes to confectionery. In recent years, we have successfully launched many chocolates using alternative sweeteners, including chocolate products with a maximum cocoa content of 100%. This autumn, we’re adding two more 100% products to our range: our bestseller, 100% Cocoa + Nibs, now also available in a handy snack bar format, and the Superior Dark 100% Cocoa + Raspberry bar as a new and fruity variant.
Chocolate snack bar 100% Cocoa + Nibs
Maximum cocoa content, with extra cocoa nibs on top – six years ago, we launched our “100% Collection” with the “Superior Dark 100% Cocoa + Nibs” bar. From this autumn, the sugar-free bar will also be available in a handy snack bar format. Just like the regular bar, the 25 g snack bar consists of just three ingredients: cocoa mass, cocoa butter and cocoa nibs. The nibs in the bar version are slightly smaller and finer, providing an exciting crunch. The premium cocoa used, sourced from the Dominican Republic, is gentle despite its intensity and contains slightly fruity notes. Thus, the chocolate isn’t too bitter or astringent in flavour and, thanks to its high cocoa butter content, has a delicate melt. The perfect complement to the chocolate bar – for when you’re on the go or for a little chocolate treat between meals.

Chocolate bar Superior Dark 100% Cocoa + Raspberry
Even with intense chocolates containing 100 per cent cocoa, it is possible to create a wide variety of flavours. For example the ‘Edel Bitter Blood Orange’ bar (biodynamic certified), wich is available since 2023, captivates with its delicate citrus notes, achieved through the addition of essential oil. With the new “Superior Dark 100% Cocoa + Raspberry’ variety, there is now another fruity addition to our “100% Collection”, enhanced with freeze-dried raspberry pieces. The raspberry pieces provide sweet-and-sour fruity notes that perfectly complement the intense yet subtly fruity aromas of the Dominican fine flavour cocoa. At the same time, they give the chocolate a light crunch, turning this bar into a multi-sensory indulgence.
