Thanks to the high proportion of cocoa butter, it retains a delicate melt despite its intensity. The smooth, slightly fruity cocoa from the Dominican Republic creates a burst of chocolatey flavours which, combined with the sweet-and-sour fruity notes of the raspberry pieces, results in an exciting taste experience.
