“Gató de almendra is a traditional cake from the Spanish sunny island of Mallorca. Ground almonds and beaten egg whites ensure an incredibly fluffy consistency. As a special ingredient, we add delicious dark chocolate, which is refined with the Mallorcan speciality salt “Flor de Sal d’Es Trenc”.
