Plantbased with tahini and dates

A delicious chocolate smoothie doesn't have to be full of sugar. With sweetening alternatives such as bananas and dates, you can enjoy it without any added granulated sugar. The chocolatey flavour is provided by our strong Fine Dark 99% Cocoa, which is sweetened with just a hint of 0.7% coconut blossom sugar. A great addition to this purely plant-based drink is the sesame paste tahini, which brings additional nutty notes into play.
Ingredients
For 4 people
For the smoothie:

dates, pitted
400 ml
oat milk
2
bananas
50 g
VIVANI Fine Dark 99% Cocoa Chocolate
1 tbsp
tahini
For the decoration:
sesame seeds

Chop the dates into small pieces and soak in the oat milk for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, carefully melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the tahini and stir well until smooth.

Place the peeled bananas in pieces in a tall container. Add the oat drink with dates and the melted chocolate with tahini. Mix roughly with a spoon, then blend finely with a hand blender.

Divide the smoothie between 4 glasses and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and finely chopped chocolate.
