Dried dates make a very good alternative to granulated sugar – as you can discover in this article. Our new “Dark Date Sugar” chocolate bar features finely ground dried dates. The dates lend the chocolate a natural sweetness – a subtle caramel aroma with nuances of fruity acidity, which goes very well with the 60% fine organic cocoa sourced from the Dominican Republic. The so-called date sugar has the further benefit that it is completely unrefined. As a result, it retains valuable minerals, vitamins, phytonutrients and fibre.

The summer may be over but you can hold onto memories of your most recent Italian holiday even in the rainy autumn season with the new “Stracciatella” chocolate bar. Creamy like a summery gelato, this new chocolate creation also melts wonderfully in the mouth. Crunchy cocoa nibs assume the role of dark chocolate chips and ensure a long-lasting delightful crunch. The tart flavour of the nibs provides a fantastic contrast to the sweetness of the white chocolate, which is enhanced with real Bourbon vanilla.

Available from September to March, it is like a warm hug for the soul. Inspired by the popular drink chai latte, the fine milk chocolate contains warming chai spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, clove and vanilla.
