Alongside ice cream, tiramisu is probably the best-known Italian dessert. Today's version is non-alcoholic and summery fresh with lots of berries. Instead of sugar, the tiramisu is sweetened with elderflower syrup, which adds another fruity, floral note. It is easy to prepare in individual portion jars and can simply be taken out of the fridge when the guests arrive.

01
For the fruit layer, heat the berries with the elderflower syrup in a pan, simmer for approx. 5 minutes and then set aside.
02
Break the chocolate coating for the cream into pieces and melt carefully in a bain-marie.
03
Mix the whipped cream, quark and elderflower syrup well in a bowl. Then add the melted cooking chocolate and stir to a creamy mixture.
04
Now pour the water and elderflower syrup into a bowl and mix together. Briefly soak the ladyfingers in the mixture one after the other and divide evenly between the 6 glasses (break through if necessary).
05
Then spread about half of the cream over the ladyfingers using a spoon or piping bag. Then spread the berry layer evenly on top and finish with another layer of cream.
06
Place the glasses in the fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, garnish the tiramisu with white chocolate shavings, fresh berries and mint leaves.
