We're celebrating 25 years of VIVANI with new chocolate bars, snack bars and Choco Dragées

In 2025 we're celebrating 25 years of chocolate artistry. The planned celebrations include a major marketing campaign and a range of anniversary products: a new Demeter bar (from biodynamic farming), two new snack-sized chocolate bars and delicious, small chocolate dragées in three varieties. Do you like pistachio, coffee, cranberries, cashews and lemon? Then one or two of these new products are sure to suit your taste.
New Demeter bar
Following the successful introduction of our first Demeter products, we are launching the new variant “Espresso Milk” in 2025: smooth Demeter milk chocolate with 38% cocoa content meets fine, perfectly matched espresso powder – hand-finished for the first time at VIVANI. The combination of the very creamy chocolate with the slightly grainy coffee creates a very special moment of pleasure in the mouth that will delight not only fans of the coffee-chocolate combination. The cocoa comes from VIVANI’s own biodynamic farming project in the Dominican Republic.
Chocolate snack bar "Pistacchio"
This chocolate snack bar “Pistacchio” takes the Dubai Chocolate trend in a new direction and elevates it to a whole new level without copying it. When fine pistachio cream is paired with delicate, crispy biscuit pieces and coated in fine milk chocolate, the trendy bar has arrived in a new snack format.
Chocolate snack bar "Lemon Cheesecake"
The flavour of this bar leaves nothing to chance: fine milk chocolate filled with a fruity lemon yoghurt cream reminiscent of delicious cheesecake. “Lemon Cheesecake” joins the last year’s “Crème Brûlée” snack bar in VIVANI’s range of chocolate bars inspired by popular desserts.
„Choco Dragées“ – little delicacies
Perhaps someone will remember that VIVANI used to offer chocolate dragées years ago. Back then, our “Espresso Dragées’” were available in the flavours Dark and Milk. Now the popular espresso beans are celebrating their chocolaty comeback with the “Choco Dragées Espresso” variant. The difference compared to the past lies in the very special quality of the coffee: The coffee beans, wich are covered in a thick layer of fine dark chocolate, are freshly roasted so-called peaberries. Peaberries are extremely rare, because they grow individually in the coffee cherry and develop a truly intense flavour. Our peaberries originate from Mexico and are handpicked, hand-selected and specially roasted to enhance their flavour.
The chocolate content of this variety is 91%, while the cocoa content of all three varieties is 53%.
In addition to the “Espresso” variety, there are two other variants of the delicious chocolate-coated snacks. In the ‘Choco Dragées Cranberry’ variety, fruity sugared cranberries meet best organic dark chocolate. The chocolate content is 65%.
Besides dark chocolate, roasted cashew nuts naturally play the main role in the ‘Choco Dragées Cashew’ variant. The chocolate content is 74%.
Autumn preview: Whole Cocoa Fruit
But that’s not all for 2025. We also have some new products for you this autumn – let us surprise you. However, we would still like to give you a sneak preview of something that we are very proud of and are extremely excited about: the completely new “Whole Cocoa Fruit” chocolate. This bar is made solely with ingredients from the cocoa fruit and contains no added sugar. Characteristically tart and yet with a sweet, fruity tang thanks to the ingredient cocoa pulp. Cocoa pulp is usually discarded during the cocoa harvest. Using special processes, the pulp can be reused and processed into flakes by drying. In the “Whole Cocoa Fruit” bar – incidentally the first of its kind in the entire organic sector – these flakes provide a light crunch and natural sweetness without added sugar. This also clearly distinguishes it from other bars with 100% cocoa content and is one of our answers to the continuing high demand for sugar-free chocolate products.
