Crostini are more familiar to us from Italian cuisine in a savoury version with garlic and vegetable toppings. However, our recipe proves that slices of bread toasted in olive oil also harmonise very well with a mousse made from nougat chocolate and cream. Rounded off with a pinch of sea salt, an exciting dessert is created in no time at all that appeals to the taste buds in a variety of ways.
