The finest organic dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 53% is used for the VIVANI Choco Dragées range. The espresso variant contains freshly roasted peaberry coffe beans. These particularly rare coffee beans grow individually in the coffee cherry and therefore develop a particularly intense flavour. The hand-picked and -sorted ‘peaberries’ come from Mexico. They have been refined in a special roasting process, which means that the beans do not splinter when chewed, but crunch delicately.
The chocolate content of the fine balls is 91%.
