Dessert mit Crostini, Schokomousse-Nocken und Olivenöl.

Crostini are more familiar to us from Italian cuisine in a savoury version with garlic and vegetable toppings. However, our recipe proves that slices of bread toasted in olive oil also harmonise very well with a mousse made from nougat chocolate and cream. Rounded off with a pinch of sea salt, an exciting dessert is created in no time at all that appeals to the taste buds in a variety of ways.

02

Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl. Bring the cream to the boil, pour over the chocolate and stir with a whisk until smooth.

03

Leave the mixture to cool. Then whisk with a hand mixer to form an fluffy mousse.

04

Break the crostini into pieces and divide between 4 plates. Shape the mousse into small quenelles (dumplings) and arrange on the plates. Serve sprinkled with olive oil, sea salt and cocoa powder.
