This cappuccino smoothie combines chocolate, coffee and nutrient-rich ingredients to create a creamy breakfast or snack drink. It is sweetened mainly with banana, with only a small amount of sugar coming from the cappuccino chocolate used. The smoothie contains kale, flaxseed, fat-reduced cocoa powder and espresso powder and provides fibre, vitamins, minerals and a moderate amount of caffeine. It is quick to prepare and is suitable as a breakfast, snack or meal before or after training.
"Cappuccino Milk & White": the perfect choice for this smoothie

VIVANI Cappuccino Milk & White Chocolate is a composition of two layers of chocolate that harmonise perfectly with coffee and creamy drinks. The bottom layer consists of creamy whole milk chocolate with 40 percent cocoa content, refined with strong espresso powder. On top is a layer of white chocolate, which visually and tastefully resembles the milk foam of a classic cappuccino. In this smoothie, the combination of cocoa, coffee and mild sweetness provides depth and balance without the need for additional sweeteners. RECIPE: CAPPUCCINO SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
For one smoothie

banana
160 g
milk or plant milk
25 g (one leaf)
kale
1 tbsp
flaxseeds
2 tsp
VIVANI Fine Cocoa Powder

ground espresso (or instant espresso powder)

Peel the banana and cut it into slices, then blend it in a food processor / blender together with the kale leaf and milk (or plant milk like soy or almonds’) for a few seconds.

Add flax seeds, a ground espresso, cocoa powder and ultimately a piece of VIVANI cappuccino chocolate to sweeten without adding any other sweetener. Feel free to make adjustments based on your taste (see below). Blend again until nice and smooth.
Tips:
• For a richer flavour:
Add a little unrefined coconut oil (this changes the flavour slightly) or half an avocado.
• For additional healthy nutrients:
Add more kale or spinach. Other superfoods such as chia seeds, nuts or berries also go very well with this.
• For more crunch:
Sprinkle some cocoa nibs on top of the cappuccino smoothie.
• For a more liquid consistency:
Add a little more milk/plant-based drink.
• For more chocolate flavour:
Melt some VIVANI cappuccino chocolate and pour it over the smoothie.
